WILLIAM DAVIDSON I am trying to trace my Grandmothers where abouts her name was JANET DAVIDSON she worked as a housekeeper for Dr MATHEW GRANT WHO HAD HIS PRATICE IN COMRIE PERTHSHIRE. My Father was born in 1899 named WILLIAM McKENZIE GRANT DAVIDSON at The ROYAL MATERNITY HOSPITAL IN EDINBURGH.THe day he was born he was taken from the hospital by the GRANT FAMILY TO BE BROUGHT UP AT BRIGHTONS NEAR FALKIRK STIRLINGSHIRE Now you can see my problem I AM TRACEING MY FAMILY trying to find my Grandmother Janet DAVIDSON and my Grandfather there are no living relatives who can or will be able to give me information --Hence my appeal to anyone out there who can HELP !!!!! I WOULD BE GRATEFUL Cheers Bill D. |
