Trying to find Davidson

Trying to find out more information about the Davidson side of my family. My grandfather was Henry Davidson. He was born in 1893 in Douglas, Isle of Man I have some information on him and his seven siblings. Eleanor, Ethel, James, Margaret Alice, Annie, Andrew and Robert from then on. Eleanor, Margaret Alice and Andrew died on I.O.M. in childhood. Henry came over to Liverpool where he married my grandmother Mary Catherine Griffiths.They had four children: Mary , Grace, William (billy) and Elsie. His parents were Robert Davidson and Eleanor McDowell. Both are listed as being born in Ireland. But i can find no further information about them. They are listed in 1891 and 1901 census for isle of man but not before then so I assume they may still have been in ireland. Can anyone shed any further light on this family. Also would love contact from anyone who thinks they might be related to any of the other siblings etc |
