Wish to find details of Elizabeth Davidson's parent or siblings. Elizabeth Young (nee Davidson) born on 25th May 1820 in Elgin, Moray, christened 9 June 1821 (Elgin, Moray - witnessed by James and Elizabeth Russel: [O.P.R Births 135/0070 0021 Elgin]), and died on 12th September 1899. Daughter of David [labourer] and Elizabeth Davidson nee Russel or Rusfsel?)]). Elizabeth Davidson was a servant in Forres, Rafford 1851 and Elgin in 1841. Elgin Old Parish Registers entry No. 41 (or page 41), of 16 July 1852 [O.P.R Marriages 135/0090 0325 Elgin], describes the marriage and Thomas Young (as a labourer) on 16 July 1852. |
