I am trying to trace ancestors on my husbands side of the family. His grandmother was Roberta Maud Davidson born on the 29th June 1905 in the morpeth area. She was one of several children. She married someone by the name of Evans probably in that area. They had two children Gillian 1934c and Charles Anthony in 1940. By the time that Charles Anthony was born his birth was registered in Stourbridge so she may have got married in that area but it is more likely that she married in morpeth. He husband who we don't have a christian name for (possibly charles) had something to do with the railways. Does anyone have any information which may help please. She died in July 1988 in Truro Cornwall by the name of Roberta Dodd as she remarried later in life. |

Doesn't the birth certificate of Charles Anthony have the father's name on it? |
