I have in my possession a large book called 'A Guide to Family Devotion' containing biblical passages and prayers etc for every day of the year. It is the same size as Victorian family bible and has numerous engraved platesin it's 776 pages. On the blank sheets at the front it has listed the family births and deaths of James and Fanny Elliott, who married on 18 April 1863 in Wingerworth Chapel. It lists all James and Fanny's children. I will donate this to any descendant of George and Fanny who can provide proof of their descendancy.
