I am researching the family of my Grandfather Sidney Basil Elliott. I have his birth certificate which lists his father as Sidney Elliott Commercial traveller,date 1895,address 13 Greencoat Mansions, westminster. My Grandfather was adopted shortly after his birth, and his father left his mother to go to Australia, or so the story goes. I would like to trace Sidney Elliott's parents and family, also find out what happened to him in Australia. My Grandfather's birth mother was called Emily Elliott(nee Jeffery) and I am unsure what happened to her, or if there were any other children adopted or not. |
