Member Since: January 2006 Posts: 16 Send Message	I'm trying to trace my 3x gt grandfather, GEORGE ELLIOTT. From the census I have found records for him in 1871,81, 91and 1901. They all say that he was born approx. 1845 in Cockermouth/ Cockermont, Cumberland, Cumbria. I'm trying to locate him and his family in the 1851 census. I've tried as many variations as possible on his name, but to no avail. Can anybody help? It would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Joanna
