He was born in Cefindle hospital in Usk, south wales. His/my mothers name is Mary Elliott (maiden name Fowler) Their last known address at the time was 4 Lower Cwm, Pontypool south wales, please if anyone has any info let me know I'm desperate to meet him. I do not know what his adopted name is. My name is Vicki Elliott.
