I know he was born in 1956 in the hillingdon area our mothers name at that time was joyce margaret howells. I have been told he was adopted by a family from scotland and that is the only info I have. I would be very glad of some info if anyone out there has any Ideas. My brothers birth name was stephen howells My mothers maiden name was crow if anyone can help.
