	Trying to trace my Grandmother MARGARET HOWELLS b.1883 d.1946 in Newport, Mon. Married to James Robert KEYSE in 1901 at Newport Registry office. I know that her father's name was MICHAEL who was a Seaman M.S. and he had died before 1901. Any info gratefully received.
