Joseph Hunter of Billingham

I am hoping someone can help me with any info regarding Joseph
I believe he was born around 1880 and died around 1956

Joe was a carpenter (possibly on the ships) and lived at Billingham Bottoms.

I am told he was something to do with the buffs in the area

It is Billingham on Tees, approx 3miles from Stockton, 5miles approx from Middlesbrough. Ann
