Member Since: January 2006 Posts: 1 Send Message	I am trying to find any details on my grandfather, John Hunter. We know very little about him as my father was born out of wedlock. My father was born in High Ince in 1929, it is said John Hunter, his father, was an officer in the Salvation Army, served in WW2 and was evacuated at Dunkirk. He was from the Wigan area. My father was told that he had a cousin who played for Wigan at rugby (name of McAvoy). My dads mother was Elizabeth Morris. I know its a long shot but if this rings any bells... any info would be appreciated. David Hewitt
