I am searching for any details of my great grandfather Harry Lord who had been a miner at the Jubilee Pit, Milnrow, Lancashire and lived at Laneside Cottages, Shaw between 1900 and 1950. He was married three times (I think). Slightly confused about the order but they were Nora Buckley, Olive ? and Annie ?. His father was James Thomas Lord, born 1863 and married to Sarah Ann Stott. James Thomas Lord died when Harry was 9 years old as far as I can gather. Harry had several children, one of which (Thomas) was my grandfather who lived at Roegate Farm, Shaw, Lancashire. If anyone has any information or thinks they may be related, please contact me. |
