John Islwyn Morgan died in 1940s or 50s in Port Talbot, Glamorganshire. I imagine he was born about 1890. He was secretary or treasurer of Aberavon RFC for a while and I believe he was Director of Education for Port Talbot at one time. I have no other information about him or his parents. His wife was named Mary nee Thomas.
I would appreciate any help that can be offered, I have tried all the usual census searches but the complete name does not crop up very often and not knowing where he was born makes it impossible.

Thank you for your tips Rachael, the death search seems impossible as I am not sure of his death date and there are so many Morgans. I will follow up the Aberavon RFC contact, their website does not help.
Eric.
