I'm trying to find a birth record for Sarah Morgan. There doesn't seem to be any record of her before the 1891 census where she is listed as being born in 1879 in Lydbrook, East Dean, Gloucestershire. I need to know who her mother was. Her father was John Morgan, my great grandfather also born in Lydbrook. I have her marriage record and she married George Greenway in 1900, but her birth record is proving elusive. I've spent months searching for the right record and any birth certificate I've ordered is always the wrong one. Can anyone help please or are you related to Sarah and know who her mother might be?

To be sure of Sarah's mother's maiden name then I would order Sarah's brother's birth certificate....Osman Morgan 1882, Ross, Herefordshire
