Trying to find Morgan

I'm tring to find details of an Ivan Morgan (middle name possibly Thomas) from the Markham / Hollybush area outside of Tredegar. He was my grandfather and I'd estimated y.o.b. around 1900. I don't know much else about him except that his mother, surname Davis / Davies (first name unknown was a caretaker at one of the schools in the area. He married Mary Elizabeth Morgan c. 1925 but don't know where. I know that Ivan worked in the mines and through an accident lost an arm and received compensation. Does anyone know fo site / sources that keep employment / accident records for the collieries? I'm hoping this source will at least give me definite name and age. Long shot, I know but any help poss would be very much appreciated. Thanks |
