Trying to find Morgan

Trying to find any relatives of my grandfather, David Harry Morgan, who was born in Bath out of wedlock, to a lady whose forename I don't know but her surname was Baldwin. Grandad had to be fostered out and when he joined the army he took the surname of the last people who fostered him[Morgan]. Sometime in the 60's, he had to go to Bath to get his pension sorted out and we believe he met some of his half-brotheres and sisters, who knew all about him as his mother never made him a secret. So if there's anybody out there who comes from Bath who's heard stories like this one please get in touch but I don;t expect any of Grandads immediate family to still be alive but maybe I've got cousins somewhere.
