Find Ancestors

Trying to find William Henry Morgan born circa 1847 in Hammersmith, died in 1934. His father was also William Henry Morgan and was a policeman. I can't even find a birth certificate for this person, I've looked in records from 1845-1849. Any information would be very welcome.

He married first Eliza and I don't think they had children, then in 1900 he married Mary Elizabeth King and they had two sons and a daughter. He was a painter/decorator. Any help would be really appreciated as I am getting really frustrated because I can't go back any further with my family.
