Member Since: September 2004 Posts: 4 Send Message	I have been researching unsuccessfully my Nicholls from London: Camberwell/Marylebone/Shoreditch amongst others: John Nicholls Builder born c1842 London (?), his wife, Eliza born c1834 Brighton, William Nicholls born c1818 Berkshire, James born 1843 Shoreditch, Joseph H 1861 Southwark, William 1851 Shoreditch, Julia Jane born 1867 London, George Harold 1899 Peckham. Do any of these names appear in your tree? Sally

I have been trying to trace my GGF John NICHOLLS Cicra 1830 with a Brother James, who's Father was another John a Teacher in the Southwark District and left for Australia in 1835. My John C 1830 is now affectinaltley known as JHN. When he married in 1875 in NZ, it seems he picked up the second name Howard.
