Hi. I am trying to find the family of my father Ernest Albert Penfold born in Redhill Surrey on 24/12/21. He was killed in action with the RAF on August 18th 1945. His plane went down in the Indian Ocean. His father was Albert Penfold born I think about 1892. His mother was Ivy and I presume born at about the same time. He had two sisters Betty and Sylvia.He married my mother Violet Wareham in Southampton in 1942. I had very little contact with them while growing up and the last time I heard from them was in 1962. This has left a very big void in my life but now thanks to Genes Reunited I feel I have a chance of finding that part of my family. I would be so very grateful for any information.Many thanks.
