Looking for Decendents of Charles Phillips from Staffordshire England. Charles was born 1865 and married Harriet Day. They lived in skegby Nottinghamshire, England for a while and then moved to Warrenby Coatham North Yorkshire. They had quite a few sons......Thomas, William,Charles (known as Chas), Herbert and Robert. There is one missing son I cannot find details on called 'Richard' Two girls also 'Harriet and Edith' whome I knew of. I am sure these men are long gone now but I am sure some married and had children in North Yorkshire. Nicky |

Hi got really excited when I read your request.I too am looking for my nans family Phillips from Nottingham,not easy SO many Phillips .My nans father Richard born c1885 had a daughter Edith born 1907 dont know mothers name.But the uncanny thing is Richard died when my nan was quite young.Perhaps thats why you cant trace Richard.Another coincidence perhaps but who knows, a William Charles Phillips was my nans witness at wedding, uncle perhaps. |
