As Julie said there are a number of Lilian Smith's born in 1915. The next stage would be to order the marriage certificate that would give Lilian's father's name. You can order them online at GRO I think they cost about £7 |

On the marriage record there is only one 'L' in Lilian (well two really!). |

Could see only one Herbert TEAGER between 1900 and 1920, Charles Herbert TEAGER born 1902 Ipswich Suffolk. He must have died before 1983. |
