In 1891 Sarah F. seems to be a boarder in the home of Mary Thorpe who also has her daughter Ruth Thorpe living with her. Ruth is 31 born Chesterfield, Derby, the same Ruth living with the Smith family in 1881. |

That certainly looks liker her, Janet. She was Sarah F. on both censuses. However there was no other Smith with same page number so I'm sure she wasn't a twin. There is a Florence Augusta, same place, same quarter but not on same page and our Flory had middle initial H. |
