Hi all, I'm trying to find out Frank's mothers name. He was born 13-01-1921 and died 14-03-1976. |

Frank's birth cert will give you his mother's name. |

There are lots of Frank Smiths born Jan-Feb 1921. You can see them for yourself on the freebmd website. Each record gives the mothers maiden name. You would really need to know where he was born in order to know which one was him |

Shally, as you know Frank's precise birth date, would it be safe to assume you know where he was born? |

If you have the birth date you can order it from the GRO using that info. I'm not sure if there is space on the form or not. |
