Trying to find info on my great grandmother Edith Martha Smith (b 1883) & her parents/ family. I know from her marriage certificate ( to Seymour Hall b 1857) that her father was JOHN SMITH, but i have no idea where he was born or who her mother was ( without obtaining a birth cert). On the 1911 census she is down as being born in Middleton Suffolk. Without going to the Suffolk Records Office this is all i know......Any help would be gratefully received. |

A pleasure Sarah, however remember though that the only way to know for sure would be obtaining her birth cert. |
