Thomas Smith born circa 1832. This Thomas moved to Scotland and possibly married an Agnes Morrison. They had several children htogether. According to the 1901 census for Wishaw Thomas was born in Sheffield Yorkshire England and he was aged 69. He died in 1914 and was aged 76. According to his death certificate his parents were a Thomas Smith Knife blade forger and his mother was Mary Smith. At present we have not been able to find him in sheffield, Although in the 1851 census for sheffield a family of Smiths; Thomas Smith head, Mary Smith sons Thomas and Jno are recorded as living with a family called Grayson, but if this is a link it has not been confirmed and at present I can't find this family in the 1841 census although I cant read all of the copy i have. If you have a Thomas who dissapeared in your tree, or have a family in the 1841 census any information would be gratefully received Thankyou Jan
