Trying to find Smith

I am new to all this and find it confusing but perhaps someone can help me. I'm in Western Australia. My Mother was Nellie Eileen Smith (b1903 Vic.) and had a sister Annie Lavinia Smith (b1905 W.A) . Their father was (on his marriage certificate) George William Trayton Smith (b1883 Tas.) and it also shows his father as Ernest Samuel Smith (b?) and his mother as Mary Jane King (b1856 Tas). George William Trayton Smith had a brother Ernest Samuel Sydney Smith (b1881 Tas.) and a sister (b1890) who signed her name as Lizzie so could be Elizabeth. Any help would be very much appreciated.
