Member Since: August 2003 Posts: 10 Send Message	THOMAS SMITH According to the 1901 census he was born in SHEFFIELD Yorkshire. Thomas was believed to have been born between about 1832 and 1838. His parents were a Thomas Smith and Mary according to his death certificate. Thomas moved to Scotland about 1866 or earlier. I am trying to find more about him before he came to Scotland. If you have a Thomas who disappears about 1866 or you have Thomas with parents of Thomas and Mary living in the Sheffield area, please could you let me know. Any tiny clue may help. Regards Jan
