Desperately trying to find any relatives of a Michael Murray of the East York Militia, around 1873.
I have a book called 'The Following of Christ' (written in the inside ... "in testimony of his services in the Catholic Sunday school attachea to the old Chapel of St John of Beverley", April 1858 in Yorkshire) )which I found in my deceased mother's belongings (Kay Bishop - from Beverley, E.Yorks).

There is also a letter to 'Dear Lizzy', dated July 30, 1873; so perhaps this was his beloved, or wife?

Does anyone know of Michael Murray's family - as I would like to pass this on to them.

Please contact me on: if you have any information relating to this person.

Thank you so much.
