Please can a kind person look this gentleman up in the census'

I know he was born 1817c Stroud Glos England

He married Hannah ?

They had at lest one son called George b1858c

Just wondering if there is any way I can find out Eli's parents can't find him on the family search other than 1881 census.
Also did they have any other children and where were they born.

So 1841census on would be great
