Hi Cathy,

Do you have any records for St Leonards in Shoreditch.

I'm looking for a marriage between Ebenezer Perry and a Sarah (family name unknown) around 1815.

Also Ebenezer's death in Clerkenwell on 2 April 1850.

Also death of John and Sarah Perry in Shoreditch possibly around 1790-1840.

Thanks Kaye

Hi Cathy,
Just to say I'll be away for a couple of weeks and will catch up when I get back. Looks like you've got plenty to keep you going!

Hi Cathy, I'd really appreciate your most generous offer. I'd like a marriage & Baptism look up please and If I can be cheeky could you also help look up a baptism for my friend.

Marriage please

George Jackman / Jakeman to Elizabeth Beddell. George Jackman was born in Longford Middlesex, and Elizabeth Beddell was born Peckham Surrey, But as their son was born in Camberwell their marriage may be there.

Baptism
Their first child (George & Elizabeth above) was George William Jackman born in St Giles, Camberwell in 1836 Father's occupation was Silk & Ribbon finisher or Engine Driver

Baptism:

Wiliam Frederick Nelson Osborne born approx 1899. All we know was he was born in London. We don't know his parents names either.

If it's too wide a search for you don't worry I fully understand as it's such a long shot.

Thank you for your time. Lou

Hi Cathy,
I'd be very grateful if you could have a look for a marriage between John Radford and Phoebe Anne Dodgson, probably around 1830-32. The trouble is, I'm not sure where it took place.
Please only attempt to look if your discs are indexed.
Many thanks.

Thanks Cathy. All I know of Joseph and Elizabeth is the fact that they had four children christened at St.George's Hanover Square. Their son Henry joined the cavalry in the Westminster area in 1827 and gave his profession as servant. I suspect Joseph was in service and probably handled horses. Your guess is as good as mine as to where to look next!
Could you also look for the marriages of his children Mary, Richard and Sarah at St.George's from 1821-37? (I'd be interested in any other Goater marriages there around that time as it seems quite likely that they had older siblings born elsewhere named after the parents etc.)
Much obliged,
Phil

Karon do you mean the 1912 in brackets. I think its something to do with the way the registration districts changed.

Hi, I wonder if you could look up a death for me in the parish church, Hackney? I have a marriage there in 1852 between James Edward Pearce & Martha Webb, but he was remarried by 1857 and described as a widower. So, This is a long shot really, hoping there might be an entry in the same church for Martha Pearce's death! Thank you in anticipation, Debbie

Hi Cathy...me again, after a visit to Westminster Archives yesterday, I am now looking for more information...

Please could you look up baptisms at St Benedicts Pauls Wharf in the name Critchett please.

I already have from the IGI :

Dorothy Frances Critchett baptised 26 Nov. 1815 and
Judith Critchett baptised 24 July 1816,

both children of Benjamin and Mary Critchett, any extra info on those, or any other Critchetts would be great.

thanks in advance
Nicky
