Help needed please. I have spent several months looking for the parents of William Ross. I have travelled upnorth to look for information and searched all the usual sites to no avail. My problem is that on the marriage certificate for William it states that his parents are William Ross, and Florence Smith. I have searched for a marriage cert in this name to no avail. When I finally found William c1872's death certificate, it states that his parents are William Bremner and Florence, ms Smith. I have put in a search for this as well to no avail. I have spent several months on this and have come up with nothing. I have found William c1872 on a census report in the Kincardinshire are aged 15. It says born Aberdeen, KN. William married Isabella Ross aat Glenbervie, Kincardinshire in 1904 and died in Croy, Invernesshire in 1955. |
