I don't know anything about his first marriage , the only reason i know he was married twice is because on the marr cert in1917 , it says he was a widower. Do you think that could be wrong?

Thanks for your reply , not sure if that is his b. record , on his marriage cert it says he was 30 , and that was in 1917 - his second marriage. Can't find first marriage.

please could someone visiting Durham records office look up the birth and death records and any other info poss for James Reay b. c. 1897 , he died around 1943 in durham and i believe he was buried in Gilesgate cemetary. Thanks in anticipation.
