i was adopted in the 60s all i know about my father is his initials were r.v.lewis known as victor . he had a shop in chester road .castle bromwich then moved to hall green where he had a shop in robin hood lane selling plants. i believe he had a son who was about 9 in 1964 this is all the info i have can anyone help im really stuck .
