oooooo now that is intersting,, my nan has said that her mothers mother,, may have been chew????

how mad is this?? I still cant beleive my nan has no idear of her mum???

the 1911 census is separate, & ancestry will give you all census 1841 -1901 plus lots more you can get a 2 week trial it very useful & saves a fortune

yep that is my nan.. what will the birth certificate tell me?? becouse i know my nans birthday and who her parents were? just not the next level up??

I need to find the birth of edna robinette,, but how do you do that!! if you have no idear about anyting :) would the marriage certificate say who the mums and dads were of robinette and hagar? they married in watford?

If you got credits for 1911 census it would give you the parents of evelyn /Edna if she was with them.
I would have done it for you but spent my last credit day before yesterday.

well spotted mary :) yep got muddled up with my nans dad and mum :)

Peter hagar was my nans dad born in liverpool. He was in the army. Moved to watford and had a butchers shop. Thats how he met edna?? robinette. when he died his brother henry looked after my nan.

its a mystery!

Good links .. but my nan just rung me the henry is linked to her dad peter hagar!! so thats a whole new investigations..
back to edna?? may?? evelyn?.. now my nan has just told me she may have had a sister jo? joanne?? again not sure??

I am finding it facinating.... i need to find out edna robinetts dad/mum? any idears??

Do you mean the Henry who looked after Edna when Peter died,as you said in your first post henry was the brother of Peter Hagar?

Just looked at 1911 census the M stood for Mabel in Evelyn's name.

Couldn't find Peter Hagar.

you guys are brilliant.. i think the evelyn may be right.. becouse my nan said she was called may at the nursing home and edna by everyone else! so evelyn edna M robinetter could be right!!

If she had a brother henry then you have done it!!!
