Well, if you disclose the parents' names you have, it will probably help ...

Not much point in someone else searching for info you have, really.

I don't really understand the question.

You added his parents' names to your opening post:

Parents of Ernest William Bishop are:-
Father - Ernest William Bishop (1897? - 1973?)
Mother - Rose Tegg (1894? - 1957?)

and that marriage has been found, and the birth of EWB Sr has been found.

The marriage certificate will give you EWB Sr's father's name which can be matched (or not) to the birth certificate.

If you find EWB Sr in the 1901/1911, that will give you his parents' and siblings' names -- subject to confirmation by the birth/marriage certificates.

This is what we all have to do. Others can find the tentative info as in this thread, but certificates have to be got to confirm it.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem possible to identify him in 1901 or 1911 without knowing his parents' names. In both censuses there is an Ernest Bishop born in Tenterden (Kent) but c1900, who would be this one:

Births Dec 1899
Bishop Ernest Tenterden 2a 815

(I tried him as Earnest too - having a problematic gr-grfather Ernest myself, I've learned to look for that.)

The certificates seem the only way. When you have them, come on back to the thread and get help with the censuses, if you like.

btw, all the birth and marriage info here is easily found at FreeBMD, it's just that people did it for you:

http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/cgi/search.pl

and we can all search the 1911 without paying, but all have to pay for access to images etc.:
