biffy Report 1 Nov 2009 19:19

My Grandmother was listed as a visitor at the home of Alfred Snook during the 1911 Censusof England and Wales. She had 4 children with her at this time. As far as I know she was still married at this time. I would be grateful if anyone has any information, that they could help solve this mystery. Eve

Biffy, you will need to give more detail - who was your grandmother, when and where born, names of children, and most of all - where does this FJ Rowland name come in?

Not sure till Biffy gets back to us, but Dora Kinnis looks likely as being the grandmother.

On the 1911 Arthur Snook states that he is no longer with his wife, the above is there with 4xchildren, so may be the right household.

Welcome to the boards David.
2 pointers - firstly you need to remove your email address as it is against Genes T&C's, this is for your own protection as it's not a secure site.
Secondly, you have dug up quite an old thread, which 'Biffy' never returned to.
You can try sending them a message by clicking on their name. And look for other matches by using 'search all trees', found in search box above.
If you need assistance of any k,ind, you can start your own thread.
