i cannot find the birth,it is not stated,only the christening?
have looked through births &cannot see one.

the only death around that time &the owen was 54 ,would that have been a bit old for her she would have been about 28,
unless he was married to someone else

have you looked for a death for Owen-i know it would be hard with no age for him but i suppose an age +/- 5 years either side of Ann's could be a start?

not sure about the birth, no fathers name usually means i think born then to an unmarried mum if so he would be Davies? (or could Owen have died and so she didn't bother to give his name!!!!!!!!!!!)

also found in probate records,
owen jones 1877,- location malpas.
master pilot,
will-diocese of cheshire.
again not sure but it is the only thing in cheshire,
wouldn't it be lovely if it was him!!
