I am look ing for some military information on Harry Sidney Brain from the Boer War. He was a Trooper in the 10th company Imperial Yeomanry and I think his number was 20984.
Christopher Wyble born 1540 in Brenchley Kent. Can anyone go further back and tell me who his parents were or the best way of finding them. Thank you, Denise

I have just got a copy of Harry Brain(e)s army papers from the Boer war. It states that he was courtmartialed and imprisioned. Is there somewhere I would be able to see his courtmartial papers? I appreciate all the help you have already given me, it's certainly opened my eyes!
