I am trying to find the date and place of death of my great-grandfather Francis Duffin. He was born in Nottingham in 1866 the son of William Duffin and Frances Maria Sladen. He married my great-grandmother Clara Pinchess in Sheffield in 1890. He left the family home around 1920 he was a master butcher. I have tried all avenues and would love to solve the mystery after all this time. His son Clement was my grandad any help will be gratefully received. |

Anita, have you any idea when he switched from being a sawyer to a butcher? |

He was a coal miner in 1891, so guess he could have become a butcher later: |
