Find Ancestors

Hi, I was wondering if someone would help me trace the parents, grandparents of Timothy John Connelly b.1846 Holborn London please. I believe the Connelly family came from Ireland but cant find them. Timothy married Eliza King in 1860 at St Andrews Church Holborn.

Are you sure that this is him because if he was born in 1846 he would only be 14 when he married??

Yes Lynski, I have all family members after 1860. Timothy dies in 1899 in St Bartholomews Hospital London.

Would someone be able to see what the surname of John Connely's wife is please (Ellen)

Perhaps he lived with his Uncle and named him as his father for his wedding??

That has been known to happen - people who grew up with their grandparents named their grandfather as father at their marriage.

Hi, I am trying to find Michael Connelly in the census. I found acouple of marriages on the free bmd but I cant seem to find them in the census records (plus the spelling of the surname seems to change slightly which makes it harder for me and I dont know if he was born in ireland or london??) would someone please help me find Michael
