Reggie, i believe Alberts dad William died in 1901 age 42 ,this came via this thread i only knew this because of the feedback. and recieving the marraige certificate since my last appeal.and some help from a friend.i wanted proof who Alberts father was, i am quite new to this. |

Maddie, I have marraige certificate of Albert William Freeman, To Florence May Robertson,1915 All Saints Worcester. What has confused me is that he named his dad as John Benjamin Freeman on the certifate, but i believe John was his brother, as i found John Benjamin brn 1891. On the 1911 census mother Eliza,widowed Abert was 24 a drover then John Followed by Walter, all this ties up that William was his dad. Albert was here in Gloucester in 1922, from then i hit a brick wall. I dont knkow why he lied about John being his dad, but through TV programes i know lies was told at times. Albert William Freeman married Florence May Robertson All Saints Church Worcester 1915. They had two children, Albert died in infantcy, + Leslie my dad, he was brn in Gloucester. When they married they lived in Dolday Worcester, Albert was a drover, he was in the Worcester regt in WW1. This is all i know, if anyone can tell me more i will be much apprieciated, as i have been trying to find more info for a very long time. |
