Seeking John Davies b. 1806 Llanelly, believe a Widower. Possibly born Llandarrog but may have just been baptised there. Thank you.

Sylvia, seeing as it's such a common name do you know any more about him, like occupation, wife, children?

Do you have him on any other census?

Sorry to have troubled you. This branch of family has given problems because half of them had name change from David to Davies. Once again I think I will have to let it go. I know that 1851 Census has surname of David at Mount Pleasant with Daughter Alice c.1834 and son Thomas c. 1841. I tried to follow Alice and Thomas but must have had name change.. No mention of John's wife Elizabeth.
John was baptised Llandarrog in name of David.
Must plan a trip to Carmarthen perhaps next year.
Thank you all for your time and patience. I'm running out of both. Regards,Sylvia
