where can i find out if someone is buried

You will need the death certificate to find out exactly where they died, that will give you a start as to where to look. |

When they died is also a help. Cremation wasn't legal in Britain until 1885 - more info via google including - |

If you buy the death certificate it usually tells you the person's last address. The first place to look for a burial is the cemetery nearest to the address. |

yes some councils do charge, if its Nottingham they want £30-00 per cemetery to do checks. |
