There are several Caroline Hills born Birmingham 1875...have you discounted them?

Caroline was disabled from birth (1891 census). She never married. She lived with her mother who was not married and aunt Hannah Draper at Bordesley Park Road.

She was entered as Caroline Fanny Hill on her death certificate. Her death was notified by her cousin T.Draper her cousin, the son of Hannah Draper.

Sometimes she was called Fanny.

Birmingham Registry Office could not find an entry for a Caroline Fanny Hill with mother named Eliza Hill. I do not think that Moseley was part of Birmingham at the time of her birth.
