ELiza Kirk was born in 1847 Wisbech and gave birth to Gabriel in 1969, then Alred abt 1874 before marring George Ayre in 1875. In 1881, they are all living in Barton upon Humber with two daughters Ada and EMily. George dies in 1885 but I then cannot find ELiza in the 1891, 1901 or 1911 census. I believe she died in Cambridgehsire in 1928 as ELiza Kirk. I cannot find her on passenger lists or remarrying either. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can go from her? Her son Gabriel (my great grandfather, came to Australia in 1888, Thanks Elaine |
