Find Ancestors

Could someone please find a marriage for me please!

I did find this years ago but i have that much paper work , I did not add to my tree,
simple reason being ,he remarried ,did not marry untill late ,did not have children,
so i just kept in on paper record. ( but cannot find it!!)

Funny thing is? i cannot find it on ancestory either which is puzzling?
I know HARRY COOPER marr IDA BEATTY because i found it at Wolv registra.
He is my grandad so i,m sure of this evidence.

My mother and sisters did not take to him remarrying so soon after my grandmother died which was 1939.So i know it was around that time 1939/41
he died 1949. Ida died abt 1957.

The only marriage that keeps coming up is for a Ida Kyte? wandering if this is a spelling mistake?

No she was definately Ida Beatty, thats how it was spelt at Wolv reg.
they definately married and lived Bilston Wolv .

Hmmmm,This is making me doubt myself??

Just wandering what evidence i did find? i know she was named ida Beatty my elder sister gave me that info. so that is definate, just wandering if she was married before? and real name is Kyte!!

( i,ve got so much paper work) under info!!

But i know i found something at wolv archives regarding her name Ida Beatty which confirmed what my sister had told me was true. baffling!!

cannot even find a marriage under the names Beatty / Kyte.

If i cannot find info then i will just have to go back to Wolv archives.

Its my age!!!! it was so long ago and i have found a lot of info that i have printed or written down about different people, i am pretty sure i have info, but what!!!!!where!!!

So excuse me if i sound a little confused!!

Thank you both, Yes Andy that does look as though it fits with the age , and if she may have married more than once , but where does Beatty fit in?

Trust me ! looks like i will have to change my filing and make it easier to find things.

If they never had children it couldn't be from a child's birth cert, so how did you come by it ?

Info from my late elder sister and elder brothers, i never knew my grandad only
small child at the time.
They always said Ida Beatty,

I am going through questioning myself period at this moment!!

I,m wandering if it was Ida,s second name! and i took it as surname !! but what i know is my brother found info many years ago at wolv archives , i was with him confirming that she was Ida Beatty, but what i,m wandering now is what info was it ? it was a long time ago .
was it Harry,s death quoting her name as Ida Beatty as widow and i,ve took it again as her surname? I did think it was marriage but hey !! who knows!!

I,ve given up looking for now .
I,m going to send for marriage cert or go personly.
