Having done weeks of tracking I paid to look at the Caridff electoral roll but the last one they gave me details on was 2002. I used the phone number from 192 list of 2002 and the person I need to find no longer lives there. Is there anyone in Cardiff who can help me find a R G Sims married to a Suzanne O Sims who I feel sure are still in the Cardiff area. Many thanks.

All UK telephone directories are in every main public library..............and free on line

No need to ask for lookups in this instance
