Hi, My question is were there Electoral rolls in 1940/41? The 2nd World War had started so maybe they were stopped.
Given info. on a death of a Henry W.Harding Age 56 Sept Qtr 1941 Camberwell and wondered if an address could be found. Seeking perhaps a re-marriage of Henry and if a family, before risking buying another wrong Cert. Cost mounts up.
Thank you for any help anyone can give.

I believe there were no electoral rolls then as the men would be away from home in the Forces so a true count couldn't be made

Registers were not published during the latter years of World War 1 (1916–1917) or World War 2 (1940–1944)

found by googling
