	My relation Joseph Russell Milligan 1933 was born in Liverpool. I believe i have found a death record for his wife Dorothy E Humphrey in 1993 in Leicester. My query is whether Joseph is still alive and whether the couple has had any children, which i could not find. Thanks

	There are no obvious births to this couple - it's just possible Dorothy was married before so her MMN is different though. I think you have just a few options: Get either the marriage cert, or death cert for Dorothy; Check if any other members share this family - use search box above; Check 192.com, BT online for Joseph.
